It’s been another week on Phase II of the HCG Diet and I’m feeling great. I also lost another pound this week! I’m down to 211lbs! When I started reading Phase III of the HCG Diet, it says that if you gain more than 2 pounds you should take certain measures to make the weight come off. Now two days ago I weighed in at 214lbs. That means something caused me to gain two pounds! I’m not sure if it was too much salt or if maybe I had too many carbs that I wasn’t aware off. Either way, it says that you should not eat all day and than have a large steak and go to bed. Well, I wasn’t about to have the steak with my track record so I just ate very clean. When I say clean, I still had butter and oils, I just took away salad dressings and went back to apple cider vinegar with olive oil. I also took away the apple and grapefruit. I then arrive at today where not only have I lost the two pounds, but I lost an additional pound. What I’m trying to say here is that you don’t have to go to extremes if you gain weight, just take somethings away and your body will naturally lose the weight again. It worked for me!
